SHIPPING & RETURNS
Ship from our warehouse in China or the USA (depends on the products) by Eparcel or USPS
We ship worldwide (including P.O.Boxes), all products will be free shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the order has been received.
Before we ship your package, we ship your order, we have to prepare and check everything on your products to make sure you get the satisfied products. The time for processing will separate from the shipping time. We hope you could kindly understand.
Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.
The package will be able to arrive in 15-20 business days if shipped via Eparcel, 5-10 business days if shipped via USPS.
You will get a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has been shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Eternal Asia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
